Towne Park 2010 Company MVP is Unveiled

There Were Five Finalists but There Can be only One

Each year, every Towne Park district designates a Most Valuable Player who has performed above and beyond that of their peers.  Each District MVP goes onto the regional level and one outstanding performer is titled the region's MVP of the Year.  The prized Company MVP title is revered and envied by all and few are worthy of such a distinction.  The 2010 Towne Park Company MVP crown was bestowed upon Joe Caputo, Account Manager of the Anaheim Marriott, in February during a company-wide Webinar.  Towne Park's Founder and CEO Jerry South and President and COO Dave Nichols proudly unveiled the winner.

So, what made Joe Caputo stand out from the 350 plus account managers employed by Towne Park nationwide and the five worthy finalists?  Below are just a few accolades from his 2010 accomplishments:

  • His account, the Anaheim Marriott, was ranked 2nd in Marriott's GSS scores nationally.
  • He led his team to a year-end mystery shopping score average of 97%.
  • He was a succession planning champion developing and graduating 23 new Guest Service Coordinators.
  • He drove his district to a 100% Gold Certification level for an integral internal company initiative.

...and many more accomplishments in 2010.  We look forward to what our 2010 Towne Park Company MVP will achieve in 2011.

Congratulations Joe on your award!  You've set the bar high!
